This role is analytical and detail-oriented in nature, requiring a high level of accuracy and financial discipline. We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven individual. To be successful, you will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex financial data across production, inventory, and sales operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial support for a multi-location, operations-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger, financial reporting, and month-/year-end closing processes
- Oversee cost accounting, including production costs, allocations, and efficiency analysis
- Handle inventory accounting, ensuring accurate valuation and reconciliation with operations
- Monitor sales, invoicing, and accounts receivable, ensuring proper revenue recognition
- Manage accounts payable, expenses, bank reconciliations, and cash flow
- Ensure compliance, support audits, and provide financial insights across multiple operational locations
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems (Odoo is a plus).
- strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, and inventory management
- Ability to work across multi-location operations
- Arabic Fluency
Nice to have
- Experience in agribusiness or agricultural processing
- Familiarity with production cost tracking and inventory systems
- Certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA)
